Terms & Conditions

Rose Petals Reborn Nursery is operated by Narelle Adams, an independent Australian reborn artist. All products are handmade and may vary slightly from photos.

Reborn dolls are artist collectibles intended for adults. They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 14 years.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

A layby allows you to secure a finished baby or kit with a deposit, paying the balance over an agreed period.

Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit of 10–20% (or a mutually agreed dollar amount) is required to secure your layby.
• The deposit amount will be confirmed in writing before payment is made.
• Payment of the deposit confirms your agreement to these layby terms.

Payments

• A payment schedule will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
• Payments must be made on or before the agreed due dates.
• Please contact me before a payment is due if you are unable to meet a deadline — I am understanding and happy to discuss genuine circumstances.

Cancellation & Non-Payment

• If you choose to cancel a layby, the non-refundable deposit will be retained. Any additional payments made may be refunded at my discretion.
• I reserve the right to cancel a layby and relist the item if contact cannot be established after multiple attempts.
• In the event of cancellation due to non-payment or non-communication, no refund of the deposit will be issued.

Completion

• The item will be dispatched only once the full balance has been paid.
• A layby that remains unpaid beyond 12 weeks without communication may be cancelled at my discretion.

Custom orders allow you to commission a reborn baby made specifically to your specifications.

Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on any custom order. The deposit amount will be discussed and confirmed before work commences.
• Work will not begin until the deposit has been received.

Changes & Cancellations

• Once work has begun, significant changes to the order (e.g. kit swap, major colour change) may incur additional charges.
• Custom orders are non-refundable once work has commenced, as materials and significant time are invested from the start.
• If you cancel a custom order before work has begun, the deposit is retained but any additional payments may be refunded at my discretion.

Timeframes

• Timeframes vary depending on my current workload. An estimated completion timeframe will be provided at the time of order.
• Timeframes are estimates only and may change due to supply delays or other unforeseen circumstances. I will communicate any significant delays.

Photos & Approval

• Progress photos will be provided at key stages of the custom order.
• Final photos will be shared before dispatch for your approval.

Vinyl doll kits are sold for use by reborn artists and collectors. They are unfinished artist supplies, not completed toys.

• Kits are sold as-is. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
• All kit sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not available for change of mind.
• Layby is available on kits under the same terms as above.

• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
• All payments must be made in full before goods are dispatched (or per the agreed layby schedule).
• Goods remain the property of Rose Petals Reborn Nursery until full payment has been received.

• I ship Australia-wide and to select international destinations.
• Shipping costs will be advised at checkout or upon enquiry.
• All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
• I am not responsible for delays or damage caused by the postal carrier once the item has been dispatched.
• International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
• Tracking information will be provided once your item is dispatched.

• If an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage and packaging.
• Australian Consumer Law rights apply. If a product has a major fault that was not disclosed at the time of sale, please contact me to discuss resolution.

• Reborn dolls are not toys. They are adult collectibles and are not suitable for children.
• Keep away from small children and pets.
• Do not submerge in water or expose to extreme heat or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
• Handle with care — reborns are delicate art pieces.

• I ask that all communication remains respectful and courteous.
• I reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at my discretion.
• Any disputes will be handled privately and in good faith. I will always do my best to reach a fair outcome.
